Returns & Exchanges
All products come with our Happy AF Guarantee, allowing you to exchange or return any items for store credit within 60 days, free of charge.
Returns are donated to the homeless and disadvantaged through our partnership with Orase.
To initiate a return, please click the button below, locate your order, and follow the provided instructions. Upon approval of your return, we will issue a return label or gift card equivalent to the value of your order.
Please ensure that your exchange items are unworn and unwashed. If you are returning products due to size issues, please note that our shirts are 100% cotton and may shrink up to half a size after successive washes.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made or limited edition products, including tufted rugs. Custom products are personalized for you and are not suitable for resale. We can only accommodate exchanges for damaged or defective custom products, not for a change of mind. This policy also applies to our limited edition products.
